#WordlessWedneaday with #linky on a Tuesday – Angels and Dolphins

I haven’t been blogging as much since school ended. Between getting the new house ready for our move, shuttling Goose to work and back, taking the younger kids to their appointments at the Pioneer Center I just haven’t had much time to blog. It’s frustrating.

But, I’m trying hard to deal with my stress in a positve way. Too much stress leads to weight gain and belly fat. My youngest was born nearly 5 years ago and I still have a momma belly.  But, I’m only 5’1″ and weigh less than 100lbs. So, I am thin everywhere else, but the middle. It looks like I am pregnant, but I am not.  This can be due to two factors. I have a diastasis recti which is a separation of the abdominal muscles which can occur during pregnancy and I am under too much stress.

Stress causes hormonal imbalance in women which leads to belly fat.  On top of running on a regular basis I am also spending three hours a week doing a rest and relaxation activity to manage my stress. I also got a corset to correct my diastasis recti. This time I am doing everything right.

On June 27 we have the movers scheduled and our move will be official. Last weekend we cleaned the house and my father came down to paint one of the bedrooms. The room that is going to be Parrot’s has a beautiful painting of an angel and dolphins.  He wants to keep the dolphins but paint over the angel. I took photos of the angel to preserve it.

The baby robins grew up. We still see them on occasion in the yard. I captured a few photos of the babies with Momma Robin. They are a month old today. Parrot went for a run with me this morning and we walked a few times and talked. He told me that now he knows how to tell if a robin is a baby because they have white spots on their bellies. It’s amazing how much my kids learned from observing the family of robins.

I am so sorry that I haven’t been commenting on your blogs as much as I usually do. I still have my feed reader, but I lack the time to comment as I used to. I am still struggling with time management. It is especially difficult when the kids are home for the summer. I save all my comments in my e mail so I am able to reply and comment back when I get the free time. Hopefully, that will happen soon. I miss reading all of your blogs!

I am working on a social media campaign for Depend and I get paid per click. Please help by clicking on the ad for Depend on the bottom of this post.
