Goodbye 2014 What a Year it Was!

Today is December 28 and I am thinking back at the past year. Below is just a recap of what we did in 2014. In January my dad turned 70.  I flew out to Wisconsin from Spokane, Washington to surprise him, leaving all five kids behind.  Yes, I took a Vacation Away from the Kids. A Bitter Sweet Goodbye

Yesterday was the last day of school.  For my younger kids it was time to say goodbye to the brand new school which they were excited about attending back in September. For my oldest it was time to say goodbye to the friendships that took her three years to build.
