Safety and Creative Minds

Yesterday the kids sat at the dining room table and made objects out of modeling clay.

Kitty: Look at my pretty jewelry!
Mom: You look beautiful.
Parrot: This is the liver. This is the small intestines and look, Mommy these are the kid an ies!

On the way to the bus stop this morning Kitty gave me a lesson in safety.

Kitty: I need to walk slowly down the driveway just in case it is icy. Then you look left and you look right and you shake your butt before crossing the street.

I made sure I did exactly what she said.

  1. JamericanSpice, you must not be very familiar with my new blog yet. I compare my kids to zoo animals on this blog and don't use their real names. Parrot is my four year old son.

When I walked Kitty home from the bus stop this afternoon we made sure we shook our butts before crossing too! I just found out today that Goose made up that little dance before crossing the street. But it was super funny when Kitty did it!

    Thanks for visiting!
